[Strength Session] Lower Body Focus

Need a lower body strength workout??

Look no further!! Coach Kayla here to guide you through a great lower body strength session. Here is what you need:

  • Kettle bells

  • dumbbells

  • sliders (or just some rags on the floor)

  • Yoga matt

Then turn on some fun music and get ready to work for it! I know I was breathing hard at the end of this one!!
